The next-generation nano coating from SolarTriz, designed to enhance and protect photovoltaic surfaces. HydroCoat 24 is a single-component, ambient cured, anti-soiling, anti-fouling coating that leverages advanced hollow nano-silica technology to create a fine microstructure of 50-100nm on surfaces.
This ultra-thin coating features an initial water contact angle of less than 10°, maintaining optimal hydrophilic properties with a long-term angle of less than 25°. HydroCoat 24 effectively prevents static electricity build-ups, minimizing dust adhesion. Any accumulated dust is effortlessly washed away with water, keeping photovoltaic glass surfaces clean and transparent.

ECOPRIME 91
Solar Panel Glass Cleaner
ECO PRIME 91 is a special multifunctional glass cleaner developed by SolarTriz for solar PV panel. Its main ingredients include environmental friendly non-ionic surfactants, specially blended non-oxidizing organic acids, corrosion inhibitors, water, and other key ingredients. It effectively removes dust, bird droppings, oil stains, and residual anti-reflective coatings from the surface of photovoltaic glass while protecting steel and aluminium from corrosion in acidic environments. When sprayed on the glass substrate surface, it quickly penetrates the dirt, decomposing stubborn stains, grime, oxidation films, and particularly inorganic dirt that cannot be removed by alkaline cleaners, restoring the original lustre of the substrate and making it clean like new condition. The high concentration formula can be diluted with water at ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 depending on the actual application scenario, with a maximum recommended dilution ratio of no more than 10 times.
